We would like to invite you to take part in an evaluation of our new safer sex website (www.safersex.com.au).
This survey is open to all Australian residents who have visited www.safersex.com.au.
Those who complete the survey will receive a $5 Ripit music voucher.
(Conditions apply: maximum of one entry per person and to receive the voucher you must provide your email address at the end of the survey. Please note email addresses will not be stored with survey responses.)
All surveys are confidential and anonymous. No individuals will be identified in the report of the findings. Completion of the survey means that you consent to participate. The information will be securely stored at the Australian Drug Foundation (ADF) and access will be limited to ADF and Youth Substance Abuse Service (YSAS) staff involved in the project.
